How to become an independent researcher: research profile and third-party funding

Gaining independence and establishing an identity and track record of their own is a key challenge for early-career researchers who aspire to an academic career and a tenure position. This workshop aims to show what is important in this process.

Target group
The workshop is targeted towards a maximum of 10 advanced PhD students and postdocs planning an academic career and starting grant acquisition.

Format
Currently, the workshop is planned as a class-room format at IFU.
