Doctoral researchers

Doctoral researchers at IFU present the next generation of climate scientists. For them, the IFU Graduate Program wants to create the best possible conditions to do their PhD at KIT's Campus Alpin. This is crucial for the excellence of our research – as doctoral students take over a large part of the daily scientific work – but beyond that we also want to strengthen our doctoral researchers in their personal development.

Our services include onboarding activities to help people settle in right from the start, a supervision concept to create ideal conditions for the process, training and networking possibilities, as well as career counseling on where to go after the PhD, in academia or outside.
